€ 50,00, filter cleaning and sanitizing
€ 50,00 per split + € 70,00 per outdoor unit, filter cleaning, sanitizing, washing indoor coils with suitable products, washing outdoor unit coil, pressure test
€ 80,00 pressure test, leak detection
Exclusions:
Gas recharge, leak repair and other requested works

If you have a system to certify or to renew the certification because it has expired:
Water / sanitary systems, heating € 250.00 per certification
Gas certifications with issue of reopening forms and tightness test € 280.00
Cleaning and sanitizing heating systems
We offer heating system flushing services, recommended every 2 years of operation:
Basic flush: € 250.00 starting from under the boiler, lasting about 2 hours, using products suitable for the type of system installed (free inspection beforehand)
PRO flush: suitable for systems that have been stopped for a long time and need restoring; for radiators € 60.00 each, including flushing using products suitable for the type of system + € 180.00 under the boiler, lasting 8 hours
For underfloor systems € 18.00 / sqm starting from the manifold + € 180.00 under the boiler + total deaeration after flushing € 25.00, lasting 8 hours
